Columbus Pride Bands

Our mission is to create quality musical and social experiences for our members and community through a variety of performances. We promote a safe, inclusive, and fun atmosphere for the LGBTQIA+ community and allies while cultivating the joy of music, friendship, and personal growth.

  • Membership Basics

    Membership is open to any person who:

    • Is at least 18 years of age

    • Has basic knowledge of music and chosen instrument (no auditions)

  • Volunteers

    We have various events through the year where volunteers can assist with the band including; carrying water during parades, or help with concerts.

  • Membership Dues

    Member dues are an important part of the band's funding. CPB’s calendar runs from August 1st – July 31st. Annual dues must be paid in order to perform in Columbus Pride Band ensembles.

    Annual Membership Dues are:

    All returning Members:

    $20 per season (Fall Concert, Spring Concert, Pride)

    All new member dues are waived your first season.

    Payment of dues enables the member to participate in any ensemble or Columbus Pride Bands events throughout that calendar year. As always, financial constraints should not preclude anyone from participating. If you are unable to pay dues, please contact the vice president or treasurer to make appropriate arrangements.
